Are the limitations we are supposed to discuss about ways that the study itself was limited or how the analyses on SPSS were limited?

The assumptions of a repeated measure and a mixed model involve both study design issues and issues in analysis. I would look through the notes on both repeated and mixed and touch on all of the relevant issues.
