Repeated Measures Homework Dataset

It's very possible that I could be missing something here, but I'm having trouble locating the SPSS data file for the repeated measures homework. The assignment states, 

"Using the dataset repeated measures and ancova.sav, examine the effect of time on dissatisfaction with sexuality in a sample of newly married men."

However, I can't find a data file with either of these names on the T&F cd or Portico under the files section.

Thanks for some clarifcation on this issue....

    YIKES!!

    That file should have been uploaded to Portico with all the other homework files. I haven't actually checked Portico to make sure it was there, but will do that within the next 30 seconds.

    So sorry for the confusion.

    The file is now posted in both .sav and .xls formats. If you choose to download the .xls format, you will want to
    1. ask SPSS to open the data file
    2. change "Files of type:" from "SPSS (*.sav)" to "Excel (*.xls)"
    3. select the file "repeated measures and ancova"
    4. click Open
    5. click the check box for "Read variable names from the first row of data"
    6. and SAVE the file (you will need it for your ANCOVA homework as well)

    One last thing. If you use the excel file, the labels for the variables and their values will be stripped away.

    I would recommend restoring them.

    sensxf1m = sensex MSI fup1 male (which is only marginally less telegraphic, admittedly)

    sensxf2m = sensex MSI fup2 male

    These variables are husbands' reports of dissatisfaction in the sensual and sexual domain of marriage at follow up 1 (~ a year after marriage) and follow up 2 (~ 2 years after marriage).

    The more important labels are the value labels for newgrp. 1 = PREP (the acronym for Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program) and 2 = Control.
