To what value of the covariate were scores adjusted? (B) What does it mean to adjust scores in this way? (C) Was this a reasonable value of the covariate for SPSS to use? Why or why not?

I'm sorry, but answering this question would beoing part of your homework for you. You need to be able to tell from the SPSS printout what value of the covariate was used. You need to know what using a covariate means for the DV scores and you need to know if the value SPSS selected was reasonable.
If you do not, review your class handouts and the reading. The answers to all three parts of the question are in the notes, and you can also find them in the chapter.
