Post Hocs

I am a little confused about where to report my post hoc results. Should I report them with the write up that is required for question 2 and then provide my rationale for doing the post hoc tests in question 7?
Or should I give my rationale for conducting post hoc comparisons and report my post hoc results in question 7?
Or does it matter?

    Any things that discusses results (i. e. Post hoc analyses) should be included in number 2. Question 7 is more about rationale and discussion rather than stating the actual results.
