Question about variables on ANCOVA HW
I'm a little confused on the first direction of inserting corresponding variables.
It is stated: "define your outcome variable to be later sexual dissatisfaction measured 3 years after marriage, ... covariate to be early marital sexual dissatisfaction"
1. Do we have to "compute" or "define" the variables to change the data somehow, or is it stating that there is no adjustment on variables needed on SPSS, but just to understand follow up 2 (sensxf2m) as 3 years after marriage, instead of 1.5 years after marriage as it was indicated in the previous assingment?
2. early marital sexual dissatisfaction should be follow up 1 (sensxf1m)?

I'm confused as to how or what you think you might be doing in SPSS if you were to change/compute the variable somehow.
The question about the timing of the data collection points has been answered before. (See Missing Data for ANCOVA h/w?)
FU1 is 1.5 years after marriage. FU2 is 1.5 years after that (i.e., 3 years after marriage).
This is NOT a change from the repeated measures assignment.
