Do we need to include (in the write-up) the specific post hoc we used?
Also, because we have unequal ns, we should use Bonferroni correct?

Yes, you have to mention the name of the post hoc test you used in your write up.
If Bonferroni post hoc is good with unequal cell sizes, then, you can use it for data with unequal cell sizes.

Hmmmm...ok. May we have a sample of how to write that detail up as we haven't seen that in class?
Otherwise, should we just search online as I'm not finding one in the APA manual. Can we just say "The Bonferroni post hoc was used and showed that..."????

The wording you suggest is fine. see "Two questions: Second table and post hoc reporting in the text" for alternative wording.
