Table formatting
I have one more question regarding the table format. Would it be appropriate to use a table similar to Table 5.2 (cities on the top) for section one?

I'm not sure what you mean by "cites on top," but yes, Table 5.2 is also a good model to use.

The sections are different analyses, so they need to be different tables, and each table should be formatted based on the analysis/type of data.
