Reporting nonsignificant results

Per Dr. Clements, you report both inferential AND descriptive statistics regardless of whether you find significant results. However, do not forget to write that the findings were not significant in your write-up if that is the case.

Thanks! But if you're reporting the descriptive statistics for insignificant findings, can you just say, "refer to Table 1" and list them there, or must you actually report them in your text, as you do the inferential stats?

That all depends on how many groups you have. If its more than two, they should be reported in a table.
