Question on design names
Is a factorial repeated measure the same thing/same design as a mixed design??

Yup.
Factorial design means there are more than 1 IV.
Mixed design means there are at least one regular IV and one repeated measure IV.
Mixed repeated design means there are at least 2 IVs and one of them is repeated measure IV.

This is one of those "all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares" questions.
It is true that a mixed design, by definition is a factorial design. However, ANY design with more than one predictor variable is a factorial design...so
1. A design with one (or more) repeated predictor variables and one (or more) randomized group predictor variables is a factorial design.
2. A design with two (or more) repeated predictor variables and no randomized group predictor variables is also a factorial design.
3. A design with no repeated predictor variables and two (or more) randomized group predictor variables is also a factorial design.
