Factorial Homework Question
Do we have to report the partial eta square, F ratio, and the probability level of non-significant interaction effect and main effect? If we have to report them, do we report them in-text or in a table? Thanks.

Someone once asked Ms. Manners when it was acceptable to NOT send a thank you note. Her response was "when you have not received a gift." Like the present or not, use it or not, you got it and you should acknowledge it.
Similarly, the only time it is acceptable to not report inferential statistics is when you did not perform an analysis. Significant or not, supporting your hypothesis or not, you ran the analysis and you must acknowledge its results.

Inferential statistics may be reported in the text, in a note in the table, or in the body of the table. I'd encourage you to see what works best with the way you have structured your write up and your table.
